OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

Personal Training Kingston’s small group training utilizes short and efficient 30 minute workouts, giving you more time to get back to your busy lifestyle. The workouts are short but intense, maximizing your results.  

Outdoor Bootcamp is designed to push you outside your limits while in the elements of nature. Workouts are a combination of full body movements, cardio and strength training. You can expect to encounter anything from battling ropes, sprints, planks, push-ups to lifting weights.  

This class is ideal for someone who is up for a good challenge and seeking your deepest and most rewarding level of conditioning. That being said, the coaches provide many options and periodize the training so it starts off easier and gets harder as you improve. Options are given to anyone who has just gotten off the couch or for those who suffer with nagging injuries.  

Date: Running every Tuesday & Thursday for 6 weeks starting Tuesday, June 15 to July 22nd

Time: 6:30-7:00pm 

Cost: $150 including taxes (for 2 classes a week, running for 6 weeks). 

Location: Bert Meunier Common (On Augusta Drive) in the West End.
