8-Week Intensive Fitness & Nutrition Program to Look Your Best this Summer!

You will be set up with 3 Key Elements for Success:

Personal Training

2 Sessions/week for 30 minutes with time before and after for your warm-up, cool-down/stretching and additional cardio (provided for you).

Meal Plan & Recipes

A Full 2-week rotating Meal Plan will be suited towards your goals taking into account any food allergies, intolerances, food preferences, and budget.

Workout & Cardio Programs

You will be given a Workout Program & Cardio Plan for 8-Weeks that can be done At-Home or for use in a Gym.

Sarah Kiers

Sarah has been involved in health and fitness for many years being a professional dancer in Toronto, and more recently working out in the gym and playing organized sports. She can work with a wide range of clients with a focus on building lean muscle, core conditioning and flexibility.
